I ordered this incense for a memorial service to honour our mum. Not only did it arrive super-quickly.. but the beautiful staff had included extras in the parcel, Gifts of a painted stone, incense and potpourri bag with crystals inside -just gorgeous of them. I'm not saying to expect gifts every time you purchase, because I'm sure that's not how business generally works.. However I truly felt as though our beautiful mum's memories were being honoured by the team and it was like a gift to her from them. I would absolutely purchase from them again in the future!!
