3 parts sandalwood chips for warm woody grounding

1 part frankincense resin for bright citrusy spiritual uplifting

1 part Myrrh resin for deep earthy grounding

1/2 part lavender buds for a floral burst of calm

1/2 part cinnamon chips or grounds for gentle warming spice
