Lavender with its high vibrational energy is used for bringing positivity into a space. It opens the heart chakra, calms the mind, provides protection and eliminates feelings of fear or worry. It promotes tranquility and restful sleep and also smudging with lavender is perfect for cleansing or blessing rituals and raises the overall vibration in a room.
These lavender smudge sticks are hand made by myself and are approx 18-20cm with each one being slightly different.
